Below is an example of the process involved in creating your Building Regulation calculations and SAP Certification for individual dwellings that have a floor area less than 450m² . If the property is over 450m² then a different approach is required using SBEM (Simplified Building Energy Model). 

To start the process these are the simple steps:-
